Be a vegetarian... occasionally!
I don't really have any diet preference because of any religion. When I was young, I did try not to eat much meat and even ate vegetables for a while as I wanted to lose weight. Later, I still couldn't help eating meat again, though at one point I did feel it was cruel to eat meat (after reading those Buddhist books!). Now I sometimes try not to eat much meat as that's not good for health. Like today. I tried to have vegetables only; but at dinnertime I can't help eating a bit of fish that had been left over last night. :P I do like vegetables but sometimes feel like it's not enough if I just eat vegetables... Don't know why I felt so hungry today - not sure if it's because vegetables are easier to digest and so I feel hungry easily?!
