In love with exercises?

I'm not a sporty person. Since I studied at primary school till I graduated from university, I have never liked the subject 'Physical Education'. The only sports that I like is badminton, partly because it's something I can manage! I still remember when I was about 9 years old, my elder brothers took me to the park near where my grandma lived and played badminton with me. But everyone knows exercise is good for health, and I know that I should do some exercises, even if I don't like sports. Since I've been feeling weak and sick (physically.. and mentally!?), I have tried to do some exercises - going to gym is a good start! I gotta fall in love with it! :)

I remember when I started going to gym last year, I could hardly do any machine more than 10 minutes without feeling short of breath! Now, having joined the gym again for 2 months, I can manage to do the gym for nearly 45 minutes without feeling too tired/short of breath! Of course still loads of room for improvement! Sometimes when or after I do exercises, I feel ache in different parts of my body!

Had steamed seabass, which I bought from Bolton market yesterday, for tonight's dinner. Very nice.
