I slept more than 9 hours last night! I went to bed at 11:30 a.m. and didn't wake up till around 9:30 a.m.! My headache and dizziness still hasn't gone away, which made me unwilling to go out. I did laundry, cleaned the kitchen and shower room in the morning. Flatmate was home too; it looked like she was also having a rest after her one-week trip to Holland. I was still lazy in the afternoon; I just surfed the internet.. and had a short nap! =_=' I should have done ACCA revision during this half-term week...
I have been wondering if my body is 'wet hot' (濕熱) from the Chinese medicine point of view, which is proved by my itchy body and the acne on different parts of my body (including my mouth & face!). Maybe I should study Chinese medicine instead of ACCA! :p Wish mum was here so that I could have some soup to 清熱去濕...
Lunch: cheese burger (with tomato & ketchup),
broccoli, roasted potatoes and butter squash
This was the first time I made butter squash; to be honest, I didn't know how to cook it!
Dinner: black peppered chicken breast
with tofu, broccoli & carrots
I feel like having rice during cold weather...
