I took an anti-histamine tablet again. To be honest, I really don't want to take any more medicine but I really can't stand the itchiness and rash skin; also I wonder if the allergic action would affect the whole body (sometimes I wonder if I'm ignorant in terms of medical knowledge). I did feel better after taking the tablet. In fact the symptoms were subdue this morning. Last night I felt so itchy and had a bad dream - I dreamt that my legs had allergic reactions and I had to go to the A&E but the doctor there said he can't check for me until later! Obviously I have been so worried and stressed about my health?! Anyway, I gotta learn how to deal with this allergy problem..
As my allergy symptoms were less intense, I tried to move on with my life - work on the anthology, tidy up my room, deposit the cheque from my flatmate, go to gym, do a bit shopping research at Tesco... It's good to go to gym on weekends as it's quieter but I don't like to do shopping at city centre then because there're too many people! The food shopping we did at Morrisons later in the evening was less stressful.
Flatmate has travelled to Holland today for one week holiday there. So I can enjoy some quiet time in the flat...
Breakfast: the highly recommended blueberry muffin from Waitrose
Lunch: olive bread (from Waitrose again!) with cheese & chicken breast + mixed vegetables
Dinner: fish & chips at Morrisons
Dinner: cheese & bacon omelette with beans :)
